The beautiful 底特律的湖泊 area has 412 lakes within a 25-mile radius and offers some of Minnesota's premier outdoor recreation. Summer is the busy time in lakes country with fishing, 水上运动, golfing on 14 challenging area courses and some of the largest events in the world. The 4th of July brings thousands to the city's mile-long beach to enjoy the water, fun and free fireworks show. The fall and winter bring ice fishing, 玩雪地摩托车, 狩猎, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. The community has a vibrant downtown district, and it's a short drive to the Fargo-学习 metropolitan area.
